Available for Oct 1 move-in. The rest of the house is furnished also. Your room is BR2 on the floor plan pictured. You share the upstairs bathroom (right next to the room) with one person. You would have four roommates (mid-late 20s) and a hypo-allergenic dog in the house (but never in your bedroom). And there's a 2nd Bathroom downstairs for the other roommates.
House is on a very quiet street in Petworth, right off of Georgia Ave. 10-15 minute walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, busses, and the green line Georgia Ave/Petworth metro stop. 1-year lease initially, and will go from there.
Will require 1 month security deposit, and then first month's rent upon move in. We're looking for someone who is clean and respects common/shared spaces, and LGBT friendly. (Waiting for bios from the current roommates but all male at this time, mix of gay and straight allies, but have had a mix over the years)
