You will be in the heart of Capitol Hill, a quiet residential neighborhood with a great sense of community, easy access to the rest of the city, and a short walk to numerous restaurants, activities, and metro lines. The apartment is walking distance to 6 grocery stores (Giant, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Aldi, Safeway, and Harris Teeter), as well as Eastern Market, a weekend farmer's market. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the red line (Union Station) and the blue/silver/orange line (Eastern Market and Capitol South stations), and it’s just a few minutes walk to multiple bus lines, making getting around the area easy. There is also plenty of street parking.
