The Room: Bedroom located on first floor with a private entrance to the outside located in a quiet neighborhood, and private enclosed sunroom. Newly renovated private bathroom not shared with any residents.
The House: The living space is open concept, modern, and is bright with lots of windows and natural light. Stainless steel appliances and newer systems including central air conditioning and heating, plumbing, Brazilian hardwood floors, and washer and dryer in the house. Beautiful kitchen with marble countertops, breakfast bar. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house.
The Roommates: Our house currently has 3 young professionals (two females and one male) in their 20-30's. The roomates are friendly and clean.
The Neighborhood: The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street and is a two block, 5-minute walk from the Green/Yellow line Metro and a new Safeway. It’s less than 1 mile walk from Columbia Heights Metro, Target, and Giant.
The Terms: The utilities (electric and internet) are evenly split among the residents, and they average ~$50 per person depending on the season. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Zone 4 street parking is available. Security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. One year lease preferred.
