We are looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful Mt. Pleasant home!
About the roomies:
We are three late 20's/early 30's folks + one sweet dog. We are all friends and love sharing a home, making art, cooking meals, etc. We would love a new housemate who is also into that stuff... but no worries if not, though.
About the house:
The house is a four-bedroom, two-level home on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a larger row house. The house is at the end of the block, so it has tons of windows and natural light. There is a large shared common area and kitchen. There are two shared bathrooms in the house, one on the third floor and one on the second. We have bike storage in the entry, stuff storage, and laundry in the basement. We are steps away from Rock Creek Park, about a 10-15 minute walk to Mt. Pleasant Street, and a 20-minute walk to Columbia Heights!
About the room:
It is on the third floor in the front of the house, which is south-facing. It gets tons of light! The room has plenty of space for a bed, sitting area, desk, yoga spot, etc. It has two closets, one is full-size and one is more of a half-height storage situation.
About the office:
The office is on the second floor off the living room. It is shared with one other housemate and has space for a desk along with tons of built-in storage!
Some nitty-gritty details:
Utilities are included except for the internet, which is shared between us and the downstairs apartment.
