About us: I’m at 29-year-old PhD student. I spend a lot of time on campus, but when I’m not at school I spend a lot of time biking, gardening on the back patio, and cooking. My other roommate is a 31-year-old woman who works in person and enjoys hiking, music, and reading.
About your room: The space is ~9ft x 8.75-11.5ft (not including the closet). You'd share a bathroom with one other roommate (a 31 y/o woman). Rent is $1,200 per month + utilities
About the house: hardwood floors, a fireplace, and bay window reading nook in the common area. Fully-stocked kitchen and a fully-furnished living/dining room. Common half bathroom on the first floor. Within walking distance of Whole Foods and Aldi. We have some attic space as well for storage.
Other amenities: Off-street parking spot available!
