There's 2 rooms of the same size, right next to each other that are available immediately!
Both rooms come with a window A/C units and old world sconces that came with the original structure of the house. One has a small closet and the other room doesn't but has a tall closet in the hallway, right outside, 2 steps from the door. One of the rooms can come with a Ikea Malm full size oak veneer bed with storage drawers, and the other a queen size metal bed frame & mattress. We can provide lamps if you wish as well. There is a hallway closet right in front of your door you can use. And extra space to store belongings in the basement if needed.
Main bathroom with a bathtub is on the 2nd floor.
The 2nd bathroom with a shower booth is next to the laundry room in the basement. Both bathrooms have bidets installed.
Living room has a proper Panasonic 1080p projector and an entire bookshelf worth of Blu-rays & DVDs to watch, a record player for entertainment.
Also, there's a UV shoe sanitizer, sterilizer, professional garment steamer, as well as a Dyson vacuum cleaner with too many attachments to use...
The basement is also often used as another recreation room with a 70" screen and 40" CRT TV, Xbox, Switch, SNES as well most of the popular streaming services.
Our kitchen is equipped with just about any, every tool you can think of from sous vide machine, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster oven, VitaMix blender, waffle maker, wine rack, even a Rogar Estate wine opener!
Standard first month and deposit.
Utilities; gas, water, electricity and FiOS Wi-Fi are split equally amongst all of us.
*Room is vacant so move in date is flexible, if you want to move in sooner.

We've been here for about 4+ years now. Though we met as strangers, at this point we are pretty much family.
We have a dedicated smoking room, 420 friendly. Every room door is sealed on the bottom so the smoke is contained. Also, we have a few cars you can use from time to time.
