The rent is $1260 + utilities (about a $60 dollars a month, give or take), and we are looking for someone to sign a one-year lease starting between now and December 1st.
We have two kitties in the home who are very loving and sweet, so being a cat person is a plus! We can accept one more cat into the fold if you have one.
