The house has three gathering spaces, a decently sized kitchen, and a large yard with a garden, deck, and patio. People who like plants are welcome to garden along side me and grow their own plants. Our house is in a highly walkable area. There is an Aldi a few houses down from us and a Harris Teeter just across Duke Street. There are also numerous restaurants and businesses in the area next to Harris Teeter. Not to mention, the Alexandria Public Library is a five minute walk away, we are on the Holmes Run Trail, and right next to Ben Brenman Park. Utilities are split evenly, and chores are on a rotating basis.
Some images of downstairs have carpet and some have wood flooring. The floor was redone between the images and currently has the wood flooring. The bedroom does not come with the furniture.
If you have pets, cats require a $100 deposit and dogs require a $300 deposit, which will be returned at the end of the lease if there is no pet damage.
