I am looking for one (1) working professional (no couples, non-smoker) to rent one (1) PRIVATE bedroom and PRIVATE bath in my 2 bedroom/2.5 bath split level condo in S. Arlington.
Fully furnished -with a queen size mattress, small desk and large closet space, all with an updated bathroom. In the last year -I have a new washer and dryer and new HVAC system.
Rent is $1850/month ($1850 deposit-can be made in installments) split cost of utilities- which run no more than $70/month per person-give or take $10/15 a month during the summer months.
You must be cat friendly as I have 2 wonderful short haired female cats who are shy. They usually are in my bedroom for the majority of the day and always with me in my bedroom at night.
Fees- There will be a $200 non-refundable professional cleaning charge to prepare the property prior for your arrival and for your move out date. This payment is expected at the beginning of the lease.
Near Columbia Pike and Glebe Road in S. Arlington. Smoke free home. One block to several bus routes, including route 16E, which gets you to Downtown Washington, D.C. without transferring in 35 mins for your morning and evening commute. Other bus lines take you directly to Pentagon City or Ballston metro stop in just 10 mins! Two grocery stores -Harris Teeter (3 blocks away) and Giant just 6 blocks away!
Chipotle, local mom and pop restaurants, Arlington Cinema Draft House, Chinese food, Thai food and chain restaurants all within walking distance (Subway, McDonald's, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts)
