Looking to share a 4-bedroom house. The bedroom is on the 1st Floor. This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood. Looking for roommate with similar qualities. Currently all males live in the house, professional or student, clean, low key. Not opposed to female roommates who is comfortable living with 2 other male roommates. All other roommates are respectful and work/or go to school full time outside of the house.


The house is located 5-minute drive from I-395, it is on a direct bus line for Georgetown shuttle bus service and the metro/ART bus; a 2 minute walk. 15 Minute walk from Arlington Campus of George Mason University. Close to the Clarendon metro train and the Court House metro stop; just a 10-15 minute walk. The house is at a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store; and entertainment (movie theater, sports bar, ect.)

Common areas like the kitchen, living room, and laundry room are shared. You would share the 1st floor bathroom with one other person.

All utilities including internet access are included in the rental amount.
