This underground place is a semi basement (8ft ceiling; only 3 ft is underground) that has two very large escape windows (with blinders facing the street in the front yard of the house) and a private entrance and three rooms and one shared toilet/bathroom and one kitchen; out of all the three rooms, only this Master bedroom (198sqft, double the size of a regular room) is allowed to be occupied by more than one tenant.
I am an ghajami (a non-Arab) sunni brown Muslim and I was born in Mali Federation and I am a U.S.A. citizen single male who is advertising one shared private master bedroom located in a house near East Falls Church WMATA train station. I am straight and I abstain from alcohol, cannabis, kratom, cocaine, heroin and all the bad hard drugs out there, and I am looking for a flatmate who is straight and who can abstain from these bad intoxicants. The huge master bedroom (double the size of a regular room) has one private door and is occupied by a Muslim brother who speaks mainly Arabic and barely Spanish and who can share this bedroom with another Muslim male; the Muslim man who was sharing the room with him moved out due to job relocation.
No use of portable stove indoors. Pet not allowed. Guest not allowed. The space that you will have available will be 11ftx8ft within the master bedroom, which is the size of a regular room, and it can have a twin XL bed and a bed frame similar to the EMODA 16 Inch Twin XL Bed Frame that has storage underneath and that can be used to have more space. Adding a foldable long table (72inX30in) can also help in having more space. 24/7 driveway parking space available just in case you use a very valuable vehicle.
I plan to never increase the rent price. No deposit. Month to month! Tobacco smokers cannot smoke or vape nicotine inside the house. HVAC system does always provide a nice room temperature during cold winter and hot summer.. Pork and alcohol cannot be brought in the house. There is a kitchen that can only be used for cooking HalAl laHm unless you are a vegetarian (For HalAl laHm, walk to my HalAl store on Lee Hwy in less than 5 mins). Grocery stores nearby. ART bus stops and WMATA bus stops are nearby. You may contact me anytime so I can schedule the best time for showing you the room. If you are now sharing a regular room or you are sleeping in the back of a living room, moving to this place will benefit you more because you will have much more space.
Across the U.S.A country, each day, one person takes a one bed hotel room or a one bed motel room and, without causing bad smell or loud noise, shares it with three other persons of the same gender whom he calls guests. In all university/college campuses, all students living in campus dormitories shared a bedroom with at least one person of the same gender (having in one room, beds of the amount of 2 or 3 or 4). Therefore, it is very common to see two straight persons of the same gender share a bedroom with two beds.
A COMMUTER (a person who drives for a total of more than 80 miles daily to get to work and return home) can save money and time and pay less route tolls by using this space to rest at nights during the week to find time to work out at a gym and work overtime by getting to work much earlier and getting off late without rushing as to make more money.
