My roommate will move out on Nov 15.
So I am looking for a good roommate.
I introduce by myself.
Me : Korean, driver job , almost work everyday

share restroom with one guy
3) nice kitchen at first floor
4) Best Laundry machine ( bought it 2 years ago)
5) east street parking , clean street and quiet.
6) fastest speed WiFi by Verizon
7) very good location
7-8 min far away -
Walmart , Target , Macdonald , Dunkin’s , Starbucks ,
Chipotle , Papa John’s … I can’t write done all.
Everything is near by my house.
To take 267 , route 50 7-8 min also

Reason : room is for one person , his best friend arrived to USA , and the friend got a job in Herndon.
So they will move to near by the company. And my house room is for only one person.
Now I allowed they can stay in my room until Nov 15.
P.S I have 4 years old female dog. Only one.
No pee pee or poop inside house.
Very clean and very cute dog
