I have a larger room available with two windows. The room can be furnished for $1000 a month, or unfurnished for $900 a month.
Seeking a respectful, easygoing roommate for an approximately 2,680-sq-ft, three-bedroom townhome a short walk from Harris Teeter, a bank, and numerous shops. Fair Oaks Mall is only 5 minutes away. The home well furnished, and kept exceptionally clean—maintained by a robotic vacuum and a professional three-person cleaning team twice a month. Only two people will live here—myself and you—while the third bedroom serves as my office.
There is ample community parking (including EV spots) a one minute walk from the front door. My car will be parked in the driveway and the garage is used as storage. Community amenities include a pool and clubhouse. The furniture in the room will be removed, however, we can work something out if you need it to be furnished.
Utilities are included; you won’t pay separate utility bills. Fast 2 GIG Wi-Fi, Ring doorbell, and a garage camera provide reliable connectivity and security. Full-size laundry machines are on the bedroom level for convenience.
