$800 Do You Need A Safe Place For Elderly or Disabled Women Facing Homeless

**If you are an elderly disabled woman facing eviction but need a safe place to live or need a room for rent.
As a Caregiver in the home,
I'm here to help and serve the client.
***(1-furnished space available) for you love-one Elderly Person with Medical Conditions or
Intellectual Disability Person
and need help (12/24 hours care) from a Professional HealthCare Provider.
***As a Caregiver in the home, I'm here to help and serve the client.
A- If your love-one has (Insurances-Medicare, Virginia Medicaid, VA Services).
**I can help assist with the paperwork as Retired Healthcare worker.
If the client needs (24-hours On-Call Nurse visits), PT and OT Services, I can assist with helping with much more.
B- available for rent to elderly client, disability that needs help with ADL'S, light cooking healthy foods, transportation
to doctors appointments, errands, grocery shopping, ect.
**Free Of Convid-19 & Vaccine**
***Room and Board only ($800.00) monthly include utilities
Wifi, cable and the bathroom will be shared with other client.
**Security Deposit must be paid prior to moving in**
*** the process will take (5-10 days) before move in date, must have 2 references and drug testing will be performed.
*** We Welcome All "Active Medicaid" CCC+ Waiver, ID, DD, DMAS Waivers, and VA patients
I'm already with Public Partnership, Consumer Direct Care and DMAS as a Provider.***
Here are a few things that I can provide care:
1) Encourage self esteem in the client, help with ADL'S
2) Transportation to local doctors appointments within 20 miles, pick up medications from the pharmacy stores, grocery stores and errands .
3) Administered /monitoring RX/medications, blood sugar, blood pressure will be taken daily
4) Cook healthy foods, laundry washing, light cleaning
5) Will take notes at the doctor office during visits and report back to doctor for any changes, etc
6) Community outing we would always wear "masks" and social distances
7) Activities; Art Therapy in the home, 🪴 plant flowers at home, puzzles, virtual support groups,
Face covering while walking in neighborhood or community
