A- If your love-one has (Insurances-Medicare, Virginia Medicaid, Waiver Services).
**I can help assist with paperwork as retired healthcare case manager.
B- available for rent to elderly client, disability that needs help with ADL'S, light cooking healthy foods, transportation to doctors appointments, errands, grocery shopping, ect.

***Furnished Room & Board($800.00) monthly include utilities,
Wifi, cable and the bathroom will be shared with another person.
**Security Deposit must be paid prior to moving in**
*** the process will take (2-10 days) before move in date, must have 2 references and drug test will be performed.
*** We Welcome All "Active Medicaid" CCC+ Waiver, ID, DD, DMAS Waivers, and VA patients
Here are a few things that I can provide care:
1) Encourage self esteem in the client while help with ADL'S
2) Transportation to local doctors appointments within 30 miles, pick up medications from the pharmacy stores, grocery stores and errands.
3) Administered /monitoring RX/medications
-reminder of medications
-blood sugar
-blood pressure will be taken daily
4) Cook healthy foods but client must purchased food, laundry washing, light cleaning
5) Will take notes at the doctor office during visits and report back to doctor for any changes, etc
6) Community outing we would always wear "masks" and social distances
7) Activities; Art Therapy in the home, puzzles, virtual support groups,
Face covering while walking in neighborhood or community
