The location is Old Town Manassas, 7 minutes walking distance to train station, Old Town and bus station.
You have a separate entrance and parking for one car in the driveway.
There is no access to the kitchen or laundry room.
The room has clean hardwood floor. We offer a half fridge, table, futon, carpet, a free-standing armoire and if needed, some shelves.
In the hallway there is a space for cooking with an electrical cooker, a microwave and space for storage.
You have your own bathroom and a large closet for storage.
We can offer a small TV if you do not have one.
We do not have pets, and we are not looking for a person with a pet.
The rent is $850.00 per month, including utilities and internet.
A month rent deposit will be required and it is returnable.
