Upstairs room for rent in townhouse in a quiet neighborhood near Hunters Woods shopping center. 1-minute walk from bus stop, 5-minute drive to Reston Town Center, 10 minutes walk to Hunters Woods. Shared kitchen and living room, and washer and dryer downstairs. The house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and features hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with induction range and stone countertop, and a living room that backs up to parkland.

I will rent to a professional who is quiet and clean, and knows how to keep common areas clean. No smoking, no pets, no illegal drugs. You would be sharing the upstairs with two long-time tenants, and there's another tenant in the basement. Everyone gets along great.

Rent is $700/month, plus 1/4 utilities (electric/water/internet) which average about $80/month.
