We are three professionals in our 20-30s looking for a housemate. We live in a stately spacious 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bath house with all the bells and whistles including monthly professional cleaning services. Your unfurnished room has a large closet and is big enough for a large bed. This 3-story brick house has central air, thermal windows, a washer/drier, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, an eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace, a pantry with shelves, and 2 hall closets. There are 3 working fireplaces and both a quiet backyard patio and one of the longest front yards on Capitol Hill. All that, and we’re just steps away from the Silver, Blue and Orange Metro lines which are across the street just out our back door. The house is furnished but your room is empty and waiting for you now. There is plenty of free on-street parking nearby.
