Type of Lease

Cleaning & Maintenance
To ensure a clean and pleasant home for everyone:
Private Areas: Tenants are expected to keep their individual rooms and bathrooms tidy at all times.
Routine Cleaning Schedule:
Vacuuming: At least once per week
Bathroom Cleaning: At least twice per month
Common Areas: A deep cleaning schedule will be provided by the landlord upon move-in. Tenants are
encouraged to participate in maintaining shared spaces.
Wall Care: To preserve the property, nails or wall-mounted fixtures are not permitted.
If common areas not cleaned/tenats fail to pitch in, cleaners will be called atleast once per quarter and cost will be split to all people in home equally.
Parking & Property Access
Tenants may park in community spots located at the rear or to either sides of the property.
Tenant Entry Access is limited only from the front door of the home.
Garage and driveway access are not included in the lease and are reserved for landlord use.
Community Living & Conduct
