In a perfect world you would be someone who wants space, but social and pleasant when it's applicable. Not looking for a party person, a smoker, or someone who wants a place for all their friends to chill. I'm looking for law abiding person to rent my basement space. There is no gender preference. I prefer a working professional with a stable job. No pets. Basic credit and background will be required.
