Private full bathroom connected to the room. Wireless high speed internet and utilities included as part of rent. Washer/Dryer and a designated parking space available and included.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Town of Herndon near the Herndon Golf Course and the W&OD Trail with the Herndon Community Center and Library within walking distance. The location is just a few minutes drive from Route 267, 28, 7, Dulles Airport, Shopping Malls, Supermarkets, and restaurants.
The House Rules:
No smoking of any kind in the house
No Drinking or Drugs
No guests allowed at any time
No couples
Always be quiet, clean, and respectful
The lease:
$1000 month to month lease, with $1000 security deposit
Applicants are required to complete a rental application with copy of photo ID, one paystub, and provide a background check (I'll send you the link for this).
