Room comes with; curtains, full size bed (no linens provided) mattress is covered for sanitary reasons, area rug, reading chair, side table, TV/cubed console, desk/chair, small frig and walk-in closet. The room if I remember correctly is 11x12.

*This is a furnished room with street parking. Close to parks, W and O trail, Rt 28, and only 10 min from the airport. I'm seeking a mature professional male adult with life experience. Someone who has lived in the past with males and females outside their family unit. It's extremely important that you are someone who is a laid-back person without the use of drugs or alcohol "clean living". I'm seeking a 6 mth lease or longer. This is very much like a border situation you will have access to the kitchen and most items in the kitchen, Bathrooms, and Laundry. I would prefer a business professional, or a construction worker would be considered as well, preferably 30 + yrs old. I'm really looking for a daytime worker M-F no shift workers (not looking for a restaurant worker or a night worker unless it's a weekend job in addition to your full-time job)
Will only accept a non-smoker, due to extreme allergies and migraines (will not accept anything less)
*The rooms do not have their own private bathrooms, but we make sure that everyone is on a different schedule so that there are no issues. This situation requires that everyone keeps the bathroom very clean and is understanding about this request. That means it should look the same way it did when you entered.
*This is a pet friendly home but unfortunately, we don't have the space for more pets. I have two 5 yr. old kitty girls who are very friendly so having someone who likes animals is a must. If you aren't an animal lover, they will know, and I will too so please scrolling
*There is also NO real communal area in this home except for in the kitchen where you can do some light cooking and eating in the kitchen or the backyard when the weather is nice.
*The refrigerator isn't a big frig so it might not be ideal for someone who buys a lot of food because they love to cook all the time.
*This is a clean, quiet, safe home in a very family-oriented neighborhood when all the rooms are occupied its 3 adults total
*The ideal person for this situation would be someone who is always on the go, who isn't a smoker of anything (ever) (no drugs) or a drinker. For years now this has been a perfect situation for our government contractors who move here and have a family in another state. Other things that COME WITH renting the room:
kitchen privileges for light cooking (limited storage space) you will have access to everything in the kitchen, so you won’t need dishes
Laundry privileges
Internet TV
WIFI
Close to Golf Course, Bike Path and Park
Things we ARE NOT looking for:
*Someone who only needs the room for a month, we need someone for at least 6 mths or longer
*A language barrier, we unfortunately don't speak any other languages and would feel uncomfortable in a situation like an emergency
*Someone who wants to hang out and party (this means no drugs or excessive drinking in or out of the home) We’re past the drama of those days
*Someone who has an animal and wants to bring them and leave them locked up in their room (we have 2 kittens so anymore animals would be utter chaos)
*Someone who smokes cigarettes or Marijana in or out of the home or cooks with strong seasonings (I get bad headaches from strong odors and have allergies to things like onions, I have a highly sensitive nose)
*Late night cooking on the stove after 8pm isn’t preferred either
*No Couples- space will not accommodate
*No Children (because of close quarters on the 2nd floor divorced parents with visitation won't work out for that person)
*Someone who has a significant other that wants to come over and hang out all the time or stay the night, our home is too small to have guest/visitors we also respect everyone's privacy on the second floor where all the bedrooms are. This is very much like a boarding situation.

**Please remember in order for me to hold the room a deposit would need to be put down on the room prior to your move in. This is also a 6-month lease with the option to renew it when the time comes.
