Hello everyone!
I have A large room with a private bath in basement in Reston, Virginia AVAILABLE DECEMBER 1. I’m also open to having the unit available before that date as well. I'm looking for a female to move-in.
THE SPACE:
The space is around 250 sq ft. (20’7 x 12’2) including a shared entrance, kitchen and In-unit laundry available.
The tenants upstairs are females and are very clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly. The noise level is always kept at a minimum but will always give you a heads up in case we host any gatherings!
THE LOCATION:
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and peaceful. There are various walking trails around the neighborhood and tennis/pickleball courts that you have access to. Free and lots of street parking available. Less than 1 mile to Reston-whiele or Reston Tow Center metro station (silver line) and a 10 minute drive to Dulles (IAD) international airport.
RENT:
Rent is starting at $900/month ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (water, electricity, internet). Open to short term leases up to a year lease as well as month to month. Security Deposit is one month's rent. Credit and background check required.
