The unfurnished private room is on second floor ( 13.5 x 11.5 ~ 155sq ft.) with ~ 4-foot wide walk-in closet with additional shelving inside. Shared bath is just outside of the room with a small closet outside of bathroom for excess toiletries.
Verizon FIOS internet included (unless you’re a gamer and/or use a lot of bandwidth then you will need to pay additional for an internet upgrade) and we will split the electricity evenly. Central heat/air via floor registers.
Full kitchen (just redone) electric stove/oven, new dishwasher, and fridge. Washer and dryer (use your own laundry soap) in the house. Just ask that you please clean up after yourself. No leaving dishes in the sink for hours to loosen the grease excuse accepted, there is a dishwasher, and please rinse out recycleables. No smoking.
No shoes to be worn inside of the house, I can provide a pair of slippers for wearing around inside of house. There is a shoe closet inside entryway to the townhouse for shoe storage and coats.
Reserved uncovered parking of your 1 vehicle in the lot with provided parking pass.
No place for EV charging, FYI. Easy access to I-95 via Old Keene Mill Road and Franconia Road.
Tenant will also need to provide a recent, verifiable background check (less than a month old) that at minimium includes credit history, credit score, criminal history, eviction history, rental history, and income/employment verification.
